Ludwig Schütte

Ludwig Schütte (born March 26, 1796 in Unna , † April 5, 1862 in Iserlohn ) was a landowner and Prussian district administrator .

Born the son of Mr and Mrs Caspar Christian Schütte and Johanna Sophia Katharina Kuithan, studied Ludwig Schütte at the Universities of Göttingen , Marburg and Heidelberg jurisprudence and became the on November 19, 1816 Auskultator appointed. He was a trainee lawyer at the regional and municipal court in Unna and on March 10, 1820 a court assessor . On January 4, 1828, he began his service as a district and city judge, until he left the judicial service at his own request in December 1828. Then worked as a lawyer, he was elected on May 10, 1836 as the first candidate for the office of district administrator. He passed the examination for district administrator on July 30, 1836 with the result "probably capable of managing a district office", so that on September 7, 1836 he was definitively appointed district administrator of the Iserlohn district. At his own request, he resigned from civil service on February 3, 1862 because of age.

In the years 1813/1814 Ludwig Schütte served with the Brandenburg volunteer hunters and became second lieutenant in the 1st Arnsberg Landwehr Regiment on October 9, 1817 . On July 7, 1821, he married Friederika Johanna Luisa Rademacher in Unna. The marriage resulted in eight children.
