location
The house is located in the Thalkirchen district of Munich in an angle between Ludwigshöher Strasse and Wolfratshauser Strasse on a plot of land that connects to both streets. To the north of this property are two more built-up plots of land up to the street corner, and to the south there is an open field up to the site of the Martha Maria hospital .
history
The building was erected around 1899-1900 by Martin Dülfer as Villa Hugo Schmidt in the Anglic country style, which Dülfer played a key role in its introduction to Munich.
description
The house is a two-story building with a slightly irregular, but essentially T-shaped floor plan. He has a porch in the south. The upper floor shows Norman stud framework.
Inside there is a large hall with stairs in the northwest, the living rooms are oriented to the south and east.
