Ludwigstrasse 21 (Bad Kissingen)
The property at Ludwigstrasse 21 in Ludwigstrasse in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian list of monuments under number D-6-72-114-48 .
history
The three-storey gable roof building with clinker brick facade and sandstone structure was built in 1904. It was built by Bad Kissingen architect Carl Krampf in Gothic style . The Art Nouveau expresses itself in the symmetry with the two tower-like structures on the sides, whereby the symmetry of the bay window and balcony is broken. The shape represents the Gothic element of the design.
Today the property houses apartments, a bookstore and, since 1904, the year it was founded, the Rüttinger café .
