Luigino Pagotto

Luigino Pagotto (born September 4, 1963 in Venice ) is an Italian entrepreneur and former racing car driver .

Career

Luigino Pagotto competed in GT and touring car races in the 1990s . He competed in the FIA GT Championship and in 1993 drove a season in the German Touring Car Championship . At eight races he was never able to place himself in the points with his Opel Astra GSi 16V . In 1993 he competed in the Sebring 12-hour race and the Le Mans 24-hour race . In Sebring he reached 17th place; he dropped out at Le Mans.

After retiring from racing, he took on Swiss citizenship and founded a company that offered leasing to finance automobile purchases. The HP Financial and Leasing AG was court because of unclear contracts repeatedly subject investigation.
