Luis Machado , full name Luis Enrique Machado Mora , (born December 22, 1991 in Paysandú ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

According to his club, the 1.89 meter tall offensive player Machado was in the ranks of Tacuarembó FC in the 2008/09 to 2010/11 seasons . In the first season there are five goals scored in eight games for him in the Clausura 2009, while in 2009/10 he scored nine goals in 26 appearances and in 2010/11 two goals in 17 completed games in the Primera División . He also played in three Liguilla Pre Libertadores games in 2009 (no goal). In August 2011 he then moved to Club Atlético Cerro . In the 2011/12 season he played for the Montevideans in 19 first division games and scored four goals. For the 2013/14 season he moved to El Tanque Sisley within the league . There he made his league debut on August 17, 2013 in a 2-1 away win against Fénix when he came on for Cristian Palacios in the 73rd minute . He played a total of eleven games in the Primera División in the 2013/14 season and scored one goal. In the 2014/15 season he was used at El Tanque once (no goal) in the top Uruguayan league. In January 2015, Machado was loaned to league competitor Rampla Juniors . In the 2015 Clausura he played eleven times for the club in the Primera División and scored four goals. He then returned to El Tanque Sisley. During the 2015/16 season he was used eleven times (no goal) in the Primera División. After relegation, he contributed three goals in nine league appearances to immediate promotion in the 2016 season. In the subsequent first division season in 2017, he played 15 more first division games (one goal) until the end of the Torneo Intermedio. In mid-July 2017, the Ecuadorian club SD Aucas signed him .

National team

Machado also played for the Uruguayan U-20 national team and took part with this in the 2011 U-20 South American Championship . There he was used five times during the tournament (no goal) and finished second with Uruguay.
