Luise Holzer

Luise Holzer (born August 18, 1905 ; † after 1930) was a German athlete who was successful as a sprinter in the 1920s .

Holzer was German champion over 4 × 100 meters in 1928, 1929 and 1930 .

Together with Rosa Kellner , Agathe Karrer and Lisa Gelius , their teammates from TSV Munich 1860 , Holzer won the gold medal at the 3rd Women's World Games in Prague in 49.9 seconds and also set three world records:

On July 16, 1923 in Munich , Holzer ran for 12.9 s over 100 meters and came in 15th on the world's best list.
