Lisa Gelius
Elisabeth "Lisa" Gelius (born July 23, 1909 in Munich ; † January 14, 2006 in Kreuth ) was a German athlete who did the 60-meter run , 100-meter run , and 80-meter hurdles run in the 1930s and was successful in the javelin throw . Her greatest successes were a victory at the Women's World Games in 1930 and 1934 and at the European Championships in 1938 .
From 1928 to 1940 she was German champion twelve times. After the Second World War she continued her athletic career until 1950 ( 1950 place five at the German championships ).

Lisa Gelius initially belonged to the sports club TSV 1860 Munich , from 1932 to the Jahn Munich gymnastics club . After the Second World War , it started in 1948 for MTV 1879 Munich . With a height of 1.68 m, she had a competition weight of 62 kg.
