architecture
The house is a two-and-a-half-storey plastered building with a high mansard roof . With its asymmetrical facade structure with emphasis on the right building section by means of a bay window and wide gable , the building corresponds to the canon of forms of the typical inner-city single - family row house .
The building is horizontally structured by a base cornice, imitation cuboids on the ground floor and a narrowly profiled cornice. Access to the house on the left by means of the narrowly roofed entrance under a cornice-crowned skylight . All windows of the facade are designed as vertical rectangles with vertical rectangles in different floor-to-floor dimensions and borders. The two windows on the ground floor are two-winged, with a simple plaster frame.
The upper floor window above the entrance axis is formulated in three parts and accentuated with a keystone framing. The three window openings of the box-shaped bay window with triangular gable are either unadorned cut into the wall surface (side window) or framed similar to that of the left window. In the gable field two narrow window openings connected by window sill and roof cornice. The roof surface breaks through a wide, four-part window. The overall sparingly used stucco ornamentation is essentially limited to cartouches entwined with tendrils in the two gable fields.
