It is a two-storey plastered building with a high mansard roof , a two-storey gable under a crooked hipped roof and a three-sided bay window that continues into a polygonal tower under a curved hood .
Garden: The property is surrounded by high walls. The garden has an architectural design that shows a close relationship to the building.
In the rear north-western corner of the property there is a treillage pavilion made of wood, which is built on the garden wall over a pentagonal floor plan .
