Luisito Espinosa (* 26. June 1967 in Manila , Philippines ) is a former Filipino boxers in the spring and bantamweight .

He started his professional career in 1984 and won his first two fights on points. In his third fight, however, he suffered his first bankruptcy.

On October 18, 1989, he became the bantamweight world champion of the WBA when he knocked out Khaokor Galaxy hard in the first round . He lost this belt in October 1991 to the Venezuelan Israel Contreras . On December 11, 1995 he was also WBC world champion featherweight by a unanimous victory over Manuel Medina . He defended this belt a total of seven times in a row and lost it on May 15, 1999 against Cesar Soto by unanimous decision on points.
