Lukáš Kubáň (born June 22, 1987 ) is a Czech football player . The midfielder currently plays for OKS Stomil Olsztyn in Poland .

Club career

Lukáš Kubáň began playing football with Sokol Stařič, in 1997 he moved to FK VP Frýdek-Místek . In 2003 the defender was signed by 1. FC Slovácko .

There Kubáň made his debut on March 10, 2007 in the game against FK Teplice in the Gambrinus League . From then on, the only 1.76 meter tall defender had a regular place in the team's back four and came to nine more missions during the season, the team was relegated from the first division. In early August 2007 Kubáň moved to 1. FC Brno on loan. For the 2008/09 season he returned to 1. FC Slovácko. Further positions followed at Fotbal Třinec , GKS Bełchatów and Sandecja Nowy Sącz . Kubáň has been playing for OKS Stomil Olsztyn since February 28, 2018 .

National team

Lukáš Kubáň was in the squad of the Czech U20 team at the 2007 Junior World Cup in Canada . Then he was used four times in the U-21 national team.
