Lukáš Vácha [ ˈlʊkaːʃ ˈvaːxa ] (born May 13, 1989 in Prague ) is a Czech football player .
Club career
Lukáš Vácha started playing football at the age of five for Slavia Prague . In early 2007, the midfielder made the leap into the professional squad. Vácha made his debut in the Gambrinus Liga on November 27, 2006 in the game against FK Teplice as a youth player .
From July 2007 to January 2008 Vácha was loaned to FK Jablonec 97 , for which he completed ten first division games. He then moved again on loan to FC Slovan Liberec . In preparation for the second half of the 2007/08 season, however, the defensive player tore a cruciate ligament that forced him to take a six-month break.
For the 2008/09 season Vácha returned to Slavia Prague, but was loaned again in January 2009, this time to Baník Ostrava . For the 2009/10 season the midfielder was loaned to Slovan Liberec again.
National team
Vácha has played for the Czech junior teams U-16, U-17 and U-19 as well as for the U-21 national team . At the U-17 European Football Championship in 2006 , he won the silver medal with the Czech Republic.
