Lukas Lämmel (born September 8, 1997 in Berlin ) is a German football player .

career

From 2007 Lämmel went through all youth teams of 1. FC Union Berlin . After he had already been in the professional squad twice in the 2015/16 season , Lämmel signed his first professional contract with the second division team in July 2016 at the age of 18 . He made his professional debut on May 21, 2017, the 34th matchday of the second division season 2016/17 , when coach Jens Keller replaced him in the 89th minute for Damir Kreilach at Union's away game at SpVgg Greuther Fürth . Since Lämmel was otherwise never part of the professional squad, the contract that ran until 2018 was terminated prematurely in August 2017 at his request. He left the club with an unknown destination.

At the beginning of September 2017, Lämmel completed a trial training session with the regional league team 1. FC Saarbrücken .

In October 2017, a trial training session at third division club VfR Aalen followed , which Lammel then signed up after being out of a club for a good two months. He played his first third division game for Aalen just over two hours after signing the contract on October 28, 2017, when he came on for Marcel Bär in the 46th minute of the game against SV Werder Bremen II . In December 2017, VfR Aalen announced that the contract, which expired at the end of the season, was prematurely extended to 2020.

After he was relegated from the third division with Aalen at the end of the 2018/19 season, he left the club prematurely. A short time later, Lämmel signed a contract with the regional division SSV Ulm 1846 , but was unable to assert himself there in the following 2019/20 season and was not used in any league game. After the season he left Ulm again and joined the Berlin AK in summer 2020 .
