Andreas Patrzek

Andreas Patrzek (born December 9, 1957 in Benediktbeuern ) is a German graduate psychologist , business economist (VWA) and works primarily as an author , communications consultant, trainer and coach.

Life

After graduating from high school , he completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Siemens . Working, he studied at the Administration and Business Academy Munich (VWA) business . From 1986 to 1993 he studied psychology at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich with a focus on organizational and market psychology as well as family psychology . He graduated with a diploma. The title of the empirical thesis: "The Individual Assessment Center".

Andreas Patrzek has specialized in questioning techniques and heads his institute for interviewing and questioning techniques (Questicon) in Bichl .

Since 1995 he has held various teaching positions, including at the Technical University of Munich and the VWA Munich, and since 2009 he has been teaching questioning technology for auditors at the state audit offices in Austria at the Vienna University of Applied Sciences. Patrzek works as a trainer and course leader at the Academy for Business Executives. He is also active as a seminar provider and consultant at the Academy for Systemic Leadership in Ravensburg, headed by Daniel F. Pinnow

Since March 2014 he has been writing regularly in Focus Online on the subject of "Questions are not for cowards".
