Lukas Schaa

Lukas Schaa (* 23. March 1926 in Papenburg , † 19th March 2018 ) was a German politician of the CDU .

education and profession

Lukas Schaa received his secondary school leaving certificate in 1942. He completed training for the administrative service. In 1949 he passed the professional examination for the higher service. He attended the Münster Administration Academy; In 1960 he received his diploma. From 1960 to 1975 he was the official director of the Störmede office. In 1975 he became a senior official in accordance with the State Legal Status Act. D. According to § 32 of the Law of Representatives (AbgG NW), he left office in 1980. From 1978 to 1980 he worked as managing director of the DRK district association Paderborn.

politics

Lukas Schaa became a member of the CDU in 1961. From 1970 to 1975 he was chairman of the Lippstadt district association and from 1975 to 1977 chairman of the Soest district association. From 1965 to 1975 he acted as district chairman of the local political association of the Lippstadt district, from 1978 Schaa was a member of the state executive committee. In 1981 he became the local union chairman of the CDU in Ehringhausen.

From July 26, 1970 to May 29, 1985, Lukas Schaa was a directly elected member of the 7th , 8th and 9th state parliaments of North Rhine-Westphalia for constituency 119 Lippstadt and constituency 141 Soest II.
