Lupo Alberto is an animated series produced by the animation band in 1997 and 1998 in co-production with Rai and inspired by the same character and comic book series of the same name created by Silver. Two series were produced for a total of 104 episodes, each of which lasted seven minutes. The second series is from 2002.
The first series was broadcast by Rai Fiction , The Animation Band , France 2 , Europool and Les Armateurs , and the second by Rai Fiction and The Animation Band, but this time by Mondo TV .
The theme song of the second series is sung by Gianna Nannini and written by Vic Vergeat .
The series was broadcast in Germany from 1999 to the 2000s.

The wolf Lupo Alberto is in love with the hen Marta, who lives on a farm. The two are engaged, but if Alberto wants to spend time with his loved one, he has to stop by Mosè, the farm's watchdog. He has an aversion to vagabonds like Alberto and therefore always drives him off the farm. The way to Marta is always an adventure for Alberto.
