action

Günther Hennings, responsible for the construction of a large new shopping center, is found murdered. Evidence suggests a connection with a trial against Norbert Wolleck, who is on trial for tax evasion and bribery and whose testimony is likely to get influential citizens of the city into trouble. Since he has already received threatening letters announcing retaliation to his family if he testifies, Lutter has the key witness kidnapped to keep him away from the trial. With Wolleck's help, Lutter uncovered a corruption affair in which a Russian investor is involved.

criticism

For the critics of the TV magazine TV Spielfilm , Essen is'ready had a “purring tone”, even though the thriller was “told a bit confused”. Nonetheless, they rated the film with a thumbs up.
