Lyen Wong
Lyen Wong (born August 5, 1974 in Matanzas / Cuba ; full name Milagros Lyen Wong Aseguinolaza ) is a German-Cuban fitness athlete. Since her competitive debut in 2005, she has won the German championship of NAC Germany in the Miss Fitness category and the Miss Universe title of NABBA International Inc. in the Shape category as well as other national and international titles.

Lyen Wong was born on August 5, 1974 in the provincial capital Matanzas , about 100 km east of Havana , in Cuba. Their ancestors come from Spain ( Basque Country ), China and Africa . She is a graduate of the Universidad de Matanzas Camilo Cienfuegos, where she studied English literature until she graduated as "Licenciada" in 1997. Before moving to Europe in 2001, first to Madrid / Spain, then to Düsseldorf in 2003 , she worked as a fitness trainer in Cuban tourist center Varadero . Since 2008 she has lived with her husband in Miami Beach , Florida , where she works as a personal trainer .
Competitions
Lyen Wong has been participating in fitness competitions since 2005. In Germany she started for the association NAC Germany , in the USA for the association NPC.
