Mäc Härder

Manfred Härder , stage name Mäc Härder (born January 29, 1960 in Bad Neustadt adSaale ) is a Franconian cabaret artist , juggler , author and television presenter .

Mäc Härder began with cabaret during his studies (teaching for vocational schools) . From 1985 to 2000 he played seven programs with the Franconian cabaret group TBC ( Totales Bamberger Cabaret ), which won the 1986 “ St. Ingberter Kleinkunstpfanne ”. From 1995 he played parallel to this and from 2000 - after the departure of TBC - exclusively solo programs. His specialty is a mixture of cabaret and artistry . He has won various juggling prizes, including the Scandinavian Juggling Prize (1986) and the European Juggling Competition (1995).

In 1992 Mäc Härder founded the improvisational theater group "Anonymous Improniker" (1992–1999). From 1999 to 2003 he was the artistic director of the “ Bamberg zaubert ” street festival .

He is a frequent guest in the cabaret program of Bavarian TV , especially in " Cabaret from Franconia " (from 2003 to 2005 he was the presenter of this series), " Ottis Schlachthof " and " Grünwald Friday Comedy ".

In addition, he became known with his candidacy for the election of Bamberg mayor (1994), the "Gereuth scandal" (2000), when the citizens' association of a Bamberg district reported him and in 2004 he wanted to accept the office of national football coach.

Mäc Härder has also been writing culinary plays since 2001: 1. “Bambolero” (2001); 2. "Viva la mama" (2003); 3. “Two Weddings and a Death” (2006); 4. "Local TV" (2010).

In spring 2011 he was honored with the "Franconian Cabaret Prize" (special prize), in November 2011 he received the award for " Culture and Creative Pilot Germany 2011/2012" from the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology and was "Artist of the Month" in October 2013 in the metropolitan region of Nuremberg.

In the summer of 2013 he was involved in the production of “Murggs”. In it, Mäc Härder plays Chief Inspector Ernst Fall. This crime comedy, written by Oliver Tissot, was shown mainly in Franconian cinemas from November 2013.

In summer 2017 he made the short film "Schäuferla & Ayran", a refugee story based on a true story.

Mäc Härder sometimes directs cabaret programs for Annette von Bamberg, among others

October 2017 had his 9th solo program "We didn't googled, we thought!" Premiere.
