The half-timbered -Wohnhaus Mühlegasse 1 is in the district of Song Mountain in Korschenbroich in Rhein-Kreis Neuss in North Rhine-Westphalia .
The building was built in the 18th century and entered the list of architectural monuments in Korschenbroich under no. 127 on June 4, 1987 .

The monument is a two-storey, gable - independent half-timbered house from the 18th century. The half-timbering is provided with planking in the upper area of the house.
