The Müller Glacier is a glacier in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . From the Millen Range in the Victory Mountains it flows in a northeasterly direction to the Pearl Harbor Glacier , which it reaches immediately northwest of Mount Pearson .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1969 after the German biologist Dietland Müller-Schwarze (* 1934), who was part of the United States Antarctic Research Program at Hallett Station (1964-1965), Cape Crozier (1969-1970 and 1970-1971) and Palmer Station (1971-1972) was active.
