Müllerstadelstraße 171 is a residential building in Munich . It is registered as an architectural monument in the Bavarian list of monuments.

description

The house is located in the Munich district of Langwied outside of the closed development about 2.5 km north of the town center and about 800 m east of the Lußsee in the triangle between the A8 A99 and the Eschenrieder Spange . The building served as a residence for the farm workers of the Müllerstadel estate, which belonged to Arthur Riemerschmid around 1900. In 1907 Richard Riemerschmid rebuilt it in the local style.

The single-storey building wearing a Mansard - half-hipped roof . With the attic floor extended, the undivided gable front shows three floors. Changing the window arrangement and making other changes changes the original impression.
