history

The single-storey, rectangular, plastered house with the hipped roof was built for the miller around 1790 in the Baroque era .

It is the last remaining house in the old village of Schwachhausen on what was then Schwachhauser Chaussee , which was extensively expanded from 1816 to 1819 and extended north to the village of Horn. The village of Schwachhausen was on the border between today's districts of Riensberg and Radio Bremen. In 1803, when the village came to Bremen, it had 206 inhabitants. In the 18th century the development was still very loose. The old mill has not survived.

Today (2018) the house is used by a practice.
