Mădălina Diana Ghenea (born August 8, 1987 in Slatina ) is a Romanian model and actress. Among other things, she played in the movie Eternal Youth , the Miss Universe .

Life

Madalina Ghenea grew up on a small farm in Romania, where her mother worked as a veterinarian in the surrounding villages . As a child, Ghenea took part in a well-known children's TV show. She was discovered by the Italian designer Gattinoni at the age of 14. She took ballet and piano lessons for several years and graduated from college. Then she began to study theater. After that, she took part in many international fashion shows. In 2010 she began her acting career in Italy with the film I soliti idioti . The Mongrel followed with Alessandro Gassman , Dom Hemingway with Jude Law and TV productions such as Ballando con le Stelle and Borgia . Supporting roles in Zoolander 2 and Smitten followed in 2016 ! .

Ghenea speaks five languages ​​and appears internationally in commercials, for example in a video with Eros Ramazzotti and the Italian actor Raoul Bova .

Ghenea is politically active and joined the organization “Artists for Peace and Justice” for Haiti as an international activist . In Romania she supports a hospital in her hometown.
