The Maaske Dome is an icy, dome-shaped and 3 km long elevation in the west Antarctic Marie-Byrd-Land . In the Transantarctic Mountains, it rises in the northern part of the California Plateau .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it using its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1967 after Lieutenant Gary L. Maaske (* 1931), helicopter pilot at McMurdo Station between 1962 and 1963 and from 1963 to 1964.
