Madame is a monthly German women's magazine with an editorial office in Munich .

The magazine has existed since 1952. In January 2010, Vision Media GmbH , which belongs to OZ Verlag, took over the magazine from Magazinpresse, which belongs to Medien Union . On January 1, 2018, the magazine was sold to the Bauer Media Group .

Petra Winter has been the editor-in-chief since January 2014 . The sold circulation is 67,579 copies, a decrease of 34.1 percent since 1998. The topics of the 12 annual issues mainly consist of fashion , cosmetics , culture and lifestyle . According to their own statements, they want to address a target group in their early 30s to late 50s.
