Madlyn Whitney Evans (born April 21, 1991 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania ) is a former American football player .
Career
Evans started her career in 2010 with W-League participant Hudson Valley Quickstrike Lady Blues . In early 2013, she was committed in the college draft for the newly formed National Women's Soccer League in the fourth round at position 29 of the Boston Breakers franchise . Evans made her league debut there on June 1, 2013 against Sky Blue FC .
After three years in Boston, she was signed up for the 2016 season by newcomer Orlando Pride , before joining the Australian first division club Brisbane Roar on loan for a few months at the end of 2016 . On August 12, 2017, she played her 28th and last league game for Orlando and then ended her active career at the age of 26 for professional reasons.
