production

The film was released in French cinemas on June 26, 2019 and in German cinemas on July 18, 2019.

criticism

“Made in China” always tries to explain the world to the Chinese minority in France. He plays with clichés on both sides by using them in a comedic way, whereby the father-son conflict goes along with a few too many turns and is thus overused. "

"The sensitive film about the search for identity and belonging makes you smile and think."
