Madison Janis Leisle (born June 2, 1999 ) is an American actress .

life and career

Madison Leisle was born in June 1999, the youngest of three siblings. She has two older brothers who are also actors. She made her acting debut in 2005 in the pilot for the UPN series The Studio , followed by minor roles in the television film Love Solves Pain and in the short film Shades of Gray . In 2007 she made two guest appearances as Lisa in the series Grey's Anatomy . In 2009 she was Julia Miller for the short film The City of Lights , an episode of the crime series The Mentalist , and for three episodes of the mystery series Ghost Whisperer . For the short film she could at the 2010 Young Artist Awards the award as Best Actress in a Short Film win and was in addition for the supporting role in Ghost Whisperer as Best recurring actress in a television series nominated. 2010 followed a role as Tarah in the short film A Fire in a Dovecot , one in the feature film Kill Katie Malone and a brief guest role on Criminal Minds . Also in 2010, she received a leading role as a classmate or Joker in the quiz - game show Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? in which the candidates had to answer questions with the help of fifth graders in order to win money. For her role in Criminal Minds , she received a nomination for Best Guest Actress in a TV Series at the 2011 Young Artist Awards . In 2011 she appeared in guest roles on several television series such as Desperate Housewives and Love Bites . Also in 2011, she took over a larger supporting role in The Walking Dead - web series The Walking Dead: Torn Apart , which they ultimately 2012 her second Young Artist Award nomination as Best recurring actress in a television series received.
