The Maikay River is a small river in the middle of Dominica . It runs in Parish St. John and flows into the Indian River after a few kilometers .
geography
The Maikay River rises at approx. 480 m above sea level on the northern flank of Morne Turner ( ⊙ ), on the border to Parish St. Andrew . Some tributaries come from the east from the Parish St. Andrew. To the north it runs largely parallel to the Indian River and flows into it at Beauséjour . The catchment area of the Blenheim River borders to the east .
