Maksim Gussev (born July 20, 1994 in Tallinn ) is an Estonian football player who is under contract with the Tallinna JK Legion .

Career

Maksim Gussev began his football career at FC Puuma from the Lasnamäe district of Tallinn . From there he moved to the SK Legion in 2006 , which after the merger with the Tallinna JK in 2008 took part in the game as the Tallinna JK Legion . Until 2012, the attacker played partly in the club's youth teams (up to U-19) and since 2010 for the first team in the Esiliiga . He made his debut in the second division in August 2010 in the away game against JK Vaprus Pärnu . Gussev scored the first goal a month later against FC Ajax Lasnamäe . After relegation as the penultimate at the end of the 2011 season, Gussev played for one season in the third division in Estonia . Here he was able to score 15 goals in 24 appearances, after which he signed a contract with FC Flora Tallinn in December 2012 . For the record champions from the Meistriliiga , the striker made his debut on matchday 2 against Paide Linnameeskond after he was substituted on for Albert Prosa . With Flora he was able to win the cup in the first year , in the final against JK Trans Narva Gussev was also on the starting line-up.
