Malte Creutzfeldt

Malte Creutzfeldt (born February 3, 1953 ) is a German lawyer . He was a judge at the Federal Labor Court .

Live and act

After studying law and both state examinations in law, Creutzfeldt worked as a lawyer in Frankfurt am Main from 1983 . In 1993 he joined the judicial service of the Free State of Thuringia and was employed there at the Eisenach Labor Court and the Thuringian Regional Labor Court . In October 1998 he became director of the Eisenach Labor Court. In May 2005 Creutzfeldt was appointed judge at the Federal Labor Court and assigned to the 4th Senate responsible for collective bargaining law. Since 2009 he has been deputy chairman of this Senate. He retired at the end of September 2018.
