The Mana ( Norwegian for mane ) is a 2215 m high, striking and ice-free mountain in Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . It rises in the Borg massif 8 km southwest of the mountain Møteplaß and borders the valley Frostlendet to the south.
Norwegian cartographers, who also named it, carried out a mapping based on aerial photographs and measurements of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952).
