Manbuk ( Ethiopian script : ማንቡክ) is a place in western Ethiopia . It is the largest village in the woreda Dangur in the Metekel zone in the Benishangul-Gumuz region .

Manbuk is located south of the Belaya Mountain at an altitude of 1200 meters.

According to the Central Statistics Agency , Manbuk had 5,596 inhabitants in 2005 . In 1994, of 3,253 inhabitants, 2,137 (65.69%) were Amharen , 772 (23.73%) Agau - Awi and 258 (7.93%) Shinasha ; 86 (2.64%) were from other ethnic groups, most notably Tigray and Oromo . 62% were Ethiopian Orthodox Christians and 37.63% Muslim.
