Mandala Tayde

Mandala Tayde (born April 27, 1975 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German actress .

Life

As a child of German-Indian parents, Tayde grew up in Frankfurt. After an intensive acting course in London , she moved to Italy in 1997 and starred in the film Fuochi d'Artificio , which grossed 36 million euros. She also acted in an Indian movie.

In Germany , Tayde became known, among other things, with her role as Aylin in the TV film Meine Verrückte Turkish Hochzeit , where she played alongside Florian David Fitz . At the end of the 1990s she was seen on German television in the role of the Arab princess Amina in the three-part television series of the same name, an Italian-French-German co-production. She also played alongside Kabir Bedi in The Return of Sandokan .

She has two children with the Italian media manager Antonio Campo Dall'Orto (2015–2017 director of the RAI ). Since she was born in 2007 and 2009, she has retired from acting, trained as a goldsmith and now works as a jewelry designer. She lives in Milan .
