Manfred Seibel

Manfred Seibel (born July 3, 1958 in Hauenstein (Palatinate) ) is a German printer and politician ( Greens ). From 2001 to 2006 he was state board spokesman for Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen Rhineland-Palatinate .

Life

After completing secondary school, Seibel did an apprenticeship as a printer and then worked as a commercial worker in the printing industry until 1987.

In 1983 he joined the Greens and was a board member of the Greens in the Palatinate. He was a member of the Hauenstein municipal council and until 1989 a member of the Pirmasens district council .

In 1987 he was elected to the eleventh Landtag of Rhineland-Palatinate , to which he belonged for two terms until 1996. In the 11th electoral term of the Landtag he was a member of the Committee for Economics and Transport, the Budget and Finance Committee, the Audit Commission, the Intermediate Committee, the Study Commission "Work in Industrial Society", the Study Commission "Financing Municipal Facilities", the subcommittee "Architects Law Rhineland-Palatinate" and the sub-committee "State Building Regulations". In the 12th electoral term he was a member of the Council of Elders, the Budget and Finance Committee, the Auditing Commission, the Intermediate Committee, the Study Commission "Design of Municipal Taxes" and the sub-committees "Rules of Procedure of the State Parliament", "State Building Regulations" and "GBS".

In addition, he was a member of the Landsiedlung Rheinland-Pfalz GmbH, the reconstruction fund and the industrial union for printing and paper.
