Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan (born November 20, 1970 in Abu Dhabi , UAE ) is a son of Zayid bin Sultan Al Nahyan and a member of the ruling family of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates .

In the current cabinet of the United Arab Emirates he is "Minister for Presidential Affairs" for his brother Khalifa bin Zayid Al Nahyan , who is currently president. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation . Sheikh Mansour founded various scholarship programs for local students to study abroad. He is the chairman of the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC).

Sheikh Mansour is a successful rider, he has won a number of endurance competitions in the Middle East and is chairman of the Emirates Horse Racing Authority (EHRA). Since 2009 he has also been the majority shareholder in Manchester City football club .

He is married to Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum , daughter of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum , Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and ruler of Dubai . They have two daughters, Fatima (born June 9, 2006) and Latifa (born January 23, 2014), as well as two sons, Mohammed (born December 4, 2007) and Hamdan (born June 21, 2011)
