Mantorp Park

The Mantorp Park is a motorsport race , the near Mantorp in the municipality of Mjölby is located. It was built in 1969 with funding from BP Sweden as a permanent racing and drag track . There are four different route variants, of which only two are used today. The short variant is 1.868 km long and the long one is 3.106 km.

The Formula 2 European Championship visited Mantorp Park in 1971, 1972, 1973, 1981 and 1982. Today, club races, drag races and driving courses are mainly held on the track. The only official racing series currently visiting Mantorp Park are the Swedish Formula 3 Championship and the Swedish Touring Car Championship .
