Manuel Gil Huidobro (born December 13, 1933 in Cervera del Río Alhama , Logroño ) is a Spanish actor .

Life

Gil gained his first stage experience in the theater company of the University of Zaragoza before he was hired for several seasons at the Teatro Español and later at the Teatro María Guerrero in Madrid .

He made his film debut in 1960 in Botón de ancla and was one of the young hopes of Spanish cinema, which directed over seventy Iberian, Italian and Mexican films, especially until the end of the 1970s. His television work is shaped by the great successes of the series Ramón y Cayal 1982 (directed by José María Forqué ) and Goya 1985 (directed by José Ramón Larraz ). Also formats like ¿Cual es tu final? or La clase media occupied the tall, lean actor.
