Marcel Hagmann (born January 7, 1983 in Gießen ) is a former German soccer player and today's soccer coach .

Career

Hagmann spent his youth in football at TSV Großen-Linden, TSV Klein-Linden and Eintracht Frankfurt . In 2002 Hagmann moved to 1. FC Saarbrücken , where he played until 2003. In that year he was obliged by SV Arminia Hannover and played there until 2005. Hagmann then moved to SV Wilhelmshaven . Here he first played in the Oberliga and then for a year in the Regionalliga Nord . With FC Ingolstadt 04 , Hagmann made it into the 2nd Bundesliga in the 2007/08 season . He made his debut in League 2 on the 10th matchday of the 2008/09 season on October 28, 2008. The game against SV Wehen Wiesbaden ended 0-0.

For the 2009/10 season he moves to SSV Jahn Regensburg . He signed a contract there until June 30, 2010. After the contract expired, he returned to Ingolstadt and has since been used in the second team.

On November 10, 2015, he ended his active career and switched to the third division club Stuttgarter Kickers to take up the post of assistant coach.
