Marcelo Adrián Carrusca (born September 1, 1983 in La Plata ) is an Argentine football player .

Career

Carrusca played for the first team at Club Estudiantes de La Plata when he was 17 . In the summer of 2006 he moved to the Turkish champions Galatasaray in İstanbul for a transfer fee of two million euros .

He made his first goal for Galatasaray on September 16, 2007 against Konyaspor. After being only a substitute for the second season, Carrusca went on loan to Cruz Azul in Mexico . The club had a purchase option for him but did not withdraw it. Then he returned to Argentina .

Since 2012 he has played for various clubs in Australia . He has currently been under contract with the Western Sydney Wanderers since January 2018 .
