Marcelo Tejeda , full name Marcelo Javier Tejeda Brugnoli , (born August 5, 1988 in Santa Ana ) is a Salvadoran - Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.76 meter tall defensive player Tejeda is the son of former Uruguayan football player Julio Tejeda . He was a member of the Club Atlético Cerro squad at the beginning of his career in 2008 . This was followed by positions in the youth teams of Liverpool Montevideo (Formativas) in 2009, Bella Vistas (2010) and Centro Atlético Fénix (2011). In 2012 he played in Uruguayan amateur football for Institución Atlética Potencia . Then he was in the 2012/13 season in the rows of the CD Luis Ángel Firpo . From the 2013/14 season to the 2015/16 season, he made 77 league appearances for Atlético Marte and scored four goals. In July 2016 he moved to Club Deportivo FAS , for whom he played six first division games (no goal) in the 2016/17 season. He then joined Deportivo Mictlán in the same season .
