Marco Hober (born September 9, 1995 in Bielefeld ) is a German football player . The midfielder is under contract with Borussia Dortmund II .

Career

Hober began his career with the Bielefeld club SV Gadderbaum . In 2010 he moved to Arminia Bielefeld via VfR Wellensiek . With the B-Juniors of Arminia, he was relegated two years later from the U-17 Bundesliga only because of the worse goal difference compared to the Bonner SC . In 2013 he was promoted to the U-19 Bundesliga with Bielefeld's A-youth . In the summer of 2014, Hober was promoted to the second Arminia team and immediately became a regular. Due to his good performance, he already trained with the first team from autumn 2014 and received a professional contract in March 2015. On April 25, 2015 he made his professional debut in the third division game at FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt when he came on for David Ulm .

During the 2015/16 winter break, he was awarded to Borussia Dortmund II for 18 months . Then, in the summer of 2017, Hober moved to the third division Sportfreunde Lotte. After only one season and 17 appearances for the Sportfreunde, he returned to Borussia Dortmund II.
