career
Pérez, who came from the junior division of CF Pachuca , was under contract with the Tuzos throughout his (previous) career and only played on loan for San Luis FC in the 2012/13 season .
Even if Pérez was only a short regular player of CF Pachuca (in 2009 he played a total of 30 first division appearances for the Tuzos ), he was part of the squad of the successful team that won a total of six titles within just four years; including the Mexican championship of the Clausura in 2007 , the CONCACAF Champions League three times and the Copa Sudamericana in the 2006 game year .
