Marcus Damm (born August 22, 1974 in Kaiserslautern ) is a German educational scientist and psychologist as well as the author of numerous psychological guides.

Life and work

Growing up in Kaiserslautern-Hohenecken, Damm graduated from the Kaiserslautern Hohenstaufen grammar school in 1994 . After a discontinued training at the AOK Kaiserslautern and civil service at the West Palatinate Clinic , he began studying educational sciences at the University of Landau in 1997 (focus: early childhood education and media education). He also studied psychology and philosophy . After graduating, Damm turned to a doctorate on gender role identities in 2001 , which he completed in 2006.

Marcus Damm is a full-time vocational school teacher in Ludwigshafen am Rhein . He has lived in Worms since 2006 . He is currently working on the development of “Scheme Pedagogy”, which is a further development of the scheme therapy by JE Young and is intended to contribute to professionalization in socio-pedagogical and psychosocial fields of work.
