Marcus Zupanac (born June 11, 1992 in Baumgarten am Tullnerfeld ) is an Austrian handball player .

Career

Zupanac started playing handball in his youth at UHC Tulln . With the Lower Austrians he became national champion in the under 15 beach handball competition in 2007/08 . After his club could not provide a men's team, he moved to UHK Krems in 2010 . For the Lower Austrians, he initially played exclusively in the under 20 competition of the Handball League Austria . It was not until 2012 that he was also used in the combat team, with only 20 missions in his first two seasons in the HLA. Since the 2014/15 season, the 1.92-meter-tall circular runner has been running more frequently. He was able to score his first goal in Austria's top division in the first games of this season . In the 2015/16 season, Zupanac played on loan for UHC Hollabrunn in order to gain more gaming experience. In the 2016/17 season , the circle runner ran again for his home club before he left it and joined Union St. Pölten . The circuit has been running for the UHC Tulln since 2018/19.
