Margareth Lanzinger
Margareth Lanzinger (* 1965 in Innichen ) is an Italian historian .
Life
She completed the project study (1996–1998) “Culture and Environment” of the humanities faculty of the University of Vienna together with the Inter-University Institute for Interdisciplinary Research and Training (IFF) in Vienna in 1999 with a Dr. phil. at the University of Vienna with Michael Mitterauer and Edith Saurer . Since September 2017 she has been professor of economic and social history from the 16th to 19th centuries at the University of Vienna.
Her research interests are historical anthropology, microhistory, gender history, kinship and family, marriage and marriage, property and assets, inheritance and marital property practice, cultural history of the management and construction of heroes.
