history
In 1935 the Otto Zeilinger trade had the Maria Loretto Chapel built on the site of an older chapel that burned down after a lightning strike during the First World War . The driving force behind the reconstruction was the former administrator of the Zeilinger trade, Josef Handlos from Vienna. He later joined the Heiligenkreuz Abbey and worked after 1950 as a religious priest and for a few years as administrator of the Wasserberg in der Gaal rulership belonging to the Abbey.
