Mária Korenčiová (born April 27, 1989 in Bratislava ) is a Slovak football player .

Career

Korenčiová debuted at the age of 16 years in the highest Slovak women's football league for ŠK Slovan Bratislava and was in the 2010/2011 season, the game council president and captain . After two seasons, she moved to the Czech Republic for SK Slavia Prague in December 2012 on a free transfer . After only six months, she announced her move to the German second division club SC Sand on July 19, 2013 . She made her debut on December 8, 2013 (11th matchday) in a 7-1 win at home against SC 07 Bad Neuenahr with a substitution for the second half. At the end of the season, she rose with the team as runner-up in the Bundesliga . On June 12, 2016, Korenčiová signed with FC Neunkirch in Switzerland . In the 2016/2017 season, she won the championship and cup double with FC Neunkirch, before Neunkirch stopped playing in May 2017. Korenčiová therefore signed again on June 23, 2017 in the German Allianz Women's Bundesliga , this time with SC Freiburg .

National team

After Korenčiová was used from 2005 to 2008 for the U-19 youth team, she made her debut on March 2, 2011 in the senior national team, which won 3-1 against Poland's selection in Katowice .
