Maria father
Maria Vater (née Pudenz , born October 10, 1924 in Thalwend ; † May 18, 2020 in Kassel ) was a Hessian politician ( SPD ) and a member of the Hessian state parliament .
education and profession
After attending elementary school and business school, Maria Vater worked as an administrative clerk and made up her secondary school leaving certificate at the evening grammar school. Since 1965 she worked as the head of consumer advice in Kassel .
Maria's father was married and had two children.
politics
Maria Vater had been a member of the SPD since 1950. Since 1972 she was a member of the board of the SPD Kassel. She was a member of the federal executive committee for the working group of social democratic women .
From December 1, 1970 to November 30, 1982, Maria Vater was a member of the Hessian state parliament.
In 1974 she was a member of the 6th Federal Assembly .
